Howie was actually a retired racer who spent time afterwords being a blood donor dog for other sick canines. Hence, by the time we got him all he wanted to do was sleep. He does a lot of things but his favorite duty is keeping all those golf carts in the neighborhood in line! He loves to curl up on the couch with me and lay belly up and fall asleep. Her love is unconditional and everyday she fills my heart with love and pride. To be without the companionship of a dog is totally unthinkable for me. I understand your fears when your dogs took off, it would fill the bottom of my stomach with dread.
